Randy’s Automotive Service, Inc., located in Medfield, MA, was established on October 1, 1977. From the beginning it has been a family business operated by Randy & Lorraine Eakin.
During the first year of operation the service bays of Medfield Gulf (now Cumberland Farms) were home. The business enjoyed early success and began to grow. With growth came the need for an improved facility. A short trip down Route 27 was made to our new home sharing a garage with Rick’s Auto Body. In 1982, growth again sent us to our current location on Spring Street.
Scott Eakin joined the family business after completing both high school and college automotive technical courses. He began his automotive career changing oil, grew to become our lead technician and now serves as our service manager.
We have grown from a staff of two to our present staff of eight full time and eight part time employees. Our goal is to set the operational standard for automotive service. We will strive to develop systems and procedures to deliver customer service beyond what is currently available anywhere and create the standards for customer service of the future.
We serve the needs of our customers in an efficient, professional manner and strive to exceed both the realized and unrealized expectations of our customers. We see each vehicle we service as a new opportunity to develop a trusting and mutually beneficial relationship.
Randy’s Automotive Service is not really about automobiles but about relationships. We are proud not only of the trust our customers have in us but also number of second and third generation customers we serve. We thank all of them for being members of the Randy’s Automotive Family.
