Our Story

Quality Auto Repair in Medfield, ma

Randy’s Automotive, located in Medfield, MA, and was established on October 1, 1977. From the beginning it has been a family business operated by Randy & Lorraine Eakin. During the first year of operation the service bays of Medfield Gulf (now Cumberland Farms) was our home. The business enjoyed early success and began to grow. With growth came the need for an improved facility. A short trip down Route 27 was made to our new home sharing a garage with Rick’s Auto Body. In 1982, growth again sent us to our current location on Spring Street. Our son, Scott joined the family business after completing both high school and college automotive technical courses. He began his automotive career changing oil, grew to become our lead technician, service manager and is an owner.

Today’s a great day to stop by our facility and meet the team. We have a friendly and professional staff who pride themselves on giving you the service experience you deserve. We focus on providing a convenient anxiety-free auto care experience. We offer loaner cars, a shuttle service, and a pickup & delivery option. The best part is it is all complimentary. Our waiting room has free snacks, WiFi, and comfortable seating. Our team is not just here to “fix” things that malfunction. We want you to experience travel without an incident or an inconvenience.
